Joan Finnegan is a visual artist based in Galway, Ireland. Her bold, abstract paintings are inspired by landscapes, architecture, and daily life—transformed into simplified forms and vibrant colour. Joan holds a BA in Fine Art from ATU and has exhibited nationally and internationally, including solo shows in the U.S. and Ireland. She is a recipient of both Arts Council and Culture Ireland awards and continues to explore new mediums through residencies and collaborations.
